Furniture Design

The last layer that turns a patio into a room.

Custom stone tables, benches, and fire tables cut in our own studio, plus curated loose furniture and a layout that makes the whole space work. The furniture is the part you actually sit on, eat at, and live with, so we design it as carefully as the stone underneath it. Serving North Metro Atlanta as a full design build team, with design only options available.

The Living Layer

A beautiful patio with the wrong furniture is still just a patio.

The furniture is where you actually sit, eat, and gather. It is the part of the project you touch every day, and the part most outdoor spaces get wrong, building the hardscape beautifully and then filling it with whatever happened to fit.

We design the furniture as part of the space. The built-in pieces, tables, benches, and fire tables, are cut from natural stone in our own studio, one of a kind and built to outlast the house. The loose furniture is specified and sourced to fit the space, the budget, and the weather.

Then we plan the whole layout so the seating, the traffic, the conversation, and the views all work together, and every seat has a reason to be where it is.

The Pieces

Six ways we furnish the space.

Every piece is chosen or built for your space, your materials, and how you live outside.

Custom Stone Tables

Dining, coffee, and console tables cut from natural stone in our own studio, one of a kind and built to last forever.

Stone Benches and Seating

Solid stone benches, stools, and built in seating that double as sculpture and never wear out.

Fire Tables and Functional Pieces

Stone fire tables, bar tops, and serving consoles that bring warmth and function to the gathering.

Planters and Sculptural Pieces

Large cut stone planters, plinths, and sculptural elements that anchor and frame the space.

Curated Loose Furniture

Lounge, dining, and shade furniture specified and sourced to fit the space, the budget, and the weather.

Furniture Layout and Space Planning

The whole layout planned so seating, traffic, conversation, and views all work together.

Made To Last

Furniture built to live outside.

Outdoor furniture takes sun, rain, and heat year round. We design and specify pieces built to take it, so they look as good in year five as in year one.

Solid Stone That Lasts

Stone furniture cut in our studio that never fades, warps, or wears, and only looks better with age.

All-Weather Frames

Teak, powder coated aluminum, and marine grade hardware on loose furniture chosen to survive the elements.

Performance Textiles

Fade and mildew resistant cushions and fabrics that hold their color and shrug off the weather.

Investment Protection

Financial Insurance for Your Furniture Investment

The furniture is the layer you live on every day, and the layer most often bought twice. Designing it to the space and specifying pieces built to last is what keeps it from becoming the thing you replace every few seasons.

Sized to the Space

Pieces scaled and placed so the space feels right, not crowded or empty.

Built to Last Outside

Stone and all weather materials that hold up for years instead of furniture you replace every few seasons.

One Accountable Team

Design, stonework, and sourcing under one plan, with one place to look when a question comes up.

Bidding and Sourcing Precision

A named schedule so you know exactly what you are getting and what it costs.

The Layer That Gets Used

The furniture is what you live on every day, and getting it right is what makes the whole outdoor investment usable.

Capital Allocation

Investment expectations for furniture design.

Custom furniture design projects begin at $25,000. Final pricing scales with the number and size of custom stone pieces, the loose furniture package, and the level of layout and material work.

As part of a larger outdoor living build, the furniture is designed alongside the patio, structures, and features so the whole space is planned as one room.

Clear Answers

Frequently asked questions about furniture design.

Do you make custom stone furniture?

Yes. Tables, benches, stools, fire tables, and planters are cut to size from natural stone in our own studio, which means pieces you cannot buy anywhere else, built to last for generations.

Can you also source the loose furniture?

Yes. We specify and source lounge, dining, and shade furniture to complete the space, chosen to fit the layout, the budget, and the weather.

Will outdoor furniture survive Georgia weather?

Yes, when it is the right furniture. Stone is effectively weatherproof, and the loose pieces we specify use all weather frames and performance fabrics built to take sun, rain, and humidity for years.

Can you just do a layout or space plan?

Yes. We can design the furniture layout and specify the pieces as a design only service, and you can take it from there or have us source and build.

What is the lead time on custom stone furniture?

Custom stone pieces are fabricated to order in our studio, so lead times vary with the piece and the stone. We set clear timing expectations as part of the design so you know what to plan for.

Can I use my own builder or sourcing?

Yes. You can use our studio and team, or take our design and schedule to your own fabricator and sources.
